FF Favourite Manga Naruto	Unless Goten pulled some techniques out of the air I doubt he'd come through and win. Though I'm hoping that any training/sparring he and Trunks may have been doing was enough to make him intelligent enough to make his own techniques as opposed to simple ki blasts and the Kamehameha.

Even a powered down 18 is much more than Freeza could handle using all his power. It's as simple as that. Yeah it's as simple as that...if you think Goten base = Android 18. Some believe he's over 18 in base and some think he's weaker. Not to mention this is BEFORE the training, not after. I still have the x50 multiplier for ssj in the Buu saga, so Base Goten (and everyone else) would be way to high for me if they were at 100% Freeza's level (Although I have Goku closing it on it).
